Aircraft price management

Escalator allows you to quickly calculate aircraft prices and manage pricing for your aircraft orders.

An aircraft order is made many years in advance, and most prices are subject to an escalation formulae agreed with the Airframe and Engine OEMs. All OEMs including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, CFM, IAE, GE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce use escalation formulae based on certain indecies. Set up your formulae in the app, add your aircraft pricing details and delivery stream. Publicly available indices are updated automatically on a regular basis to allow you to determine accurate prices months before delivery. You may use your own escalation projection to estimate delivery prices in the distant future.

Formulae

Escalation formulae are proprietary and confidential between the Buyer and Sellers. Add the formulae from your agreements to the app (Pro), to use them in your contracts and calculations. A few example formulae have been included to help understand how they work. Formula may be based on any of the following indices available from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics: ECI (CIU2023211000000I), ECI-MFG (CIU2013000000000I), IC (WPU03THRU15), CPI (CUUR0000SA0), C10 (WPU10), CPI-W (CWSR0000SA0) or C14 (WPU14). Please contact us if other publicly available statistics are required.

My Fleet

Add airframe, engine, option prices and credits for each aircraft type, associating them to escalation formulae and protection concessions. Saving your own data requires a Pro subscription.

Consult the latest and historical values of the built in indices back to the year 2000.

PRO Subscription

In order to save (or share) your own data in the app, a PRO subscription is required, monthly and annual subscriptions are available.

Sharing (Pro)

You may share or save formulae, calculations or contracts between iOS and macOS devices using Airdrop, email, messages or store as files. Beware of the risks of sharing confidential information.

Privacy

All information entered into the app are stored privately on your phone and are not shared with the developer or any third party.
